Tadawul: Mulkia REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund have their ex-dividend for Q3 2023 today, Oct. 19.

 

The fund manager, Mulkia Investment, earlier announced a 1% cash dividend for the third quarter of 2023, at SAR 0.10 per unit, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

The dividend payout is scheduled to be made within 30 business days from the record date.
