Yaqeen Capital issues prospectus to offer 3M shares on Nomu

Yaqeen Capital published today, April 4, its prospectus to sell three million shares on the Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The shares on offer represent 20% of the company’s SAR 150 million capital that is divided into 15 million shares.

The offering will run from May 5-12.

 

The share sale will be limited to qualified investors.

 

Yaqeen Capital was established in 2006 as a closed joint stock company named Falcom Financial Services.

 

Yaqeen Capital operates in the activities of securities brokerage services, investment banking, assets and portfolio management and research.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved on March 18 Yaqeen Capital’s request to list and float three million shares on Nomu, Argaam earlier reported.
