Al-Ahlia Insurance accumulated losses declines to less than 50% of capital

Al-Ahlia Insurance Company announced that its accumulated losses declined to SAR 88.55 million, amounting to 27.70% of capital.

The decline is the result of the company capital raise of SAR 320 million through rights issue, the company announced today on Tadawul.

Therefore, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced the following:

  1. The stock will be suspended for 2 hours today (August, 26, 2014).
  2. The accumulated loss flag mark will be removed from the exchange website.
