Al-Ahlia to pay SAR 14.9 mln to investors

The investors of Al-Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance, who had not subscribed to the company’s rights issue, will receive compensations by no later than August 19, a Tadawul filing said.

The total compensation allocated to all investors is around SAR 14.9 million, and a separate transfer will be wired to investors’ bank accounts.

Al-Ahlia invited its investors to sign up their bank details at any Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) branch to initiate the process.
