AL-KHODARI SIGNS JOINT BID DEAL WITH ABDULLATIF AL ARFAJ

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the completion of the signing of a joint venture agreement with Abdullatif M. Al Arfaj and Brothers Holding Company for bidding for the Upgrading Ank Hospital and executing this project jointly if awarded, as per the agreement copy received by the company on 07/04/2012 after being signed by AlArfaj Company. The company will make an announcement if awarded this project. This joint venture agreement has no financial impact till now.
