National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) denied any connection between the maintenance work and the LPG tank explosion at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz hospital.

An explosion of a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage tank at the Madinah-located hospital yesterday left five deaths.

Gasco said in a filing that its role was limited to the validation of the safety of the tank.
