Nama Chemicals recommends capital hike through rights issue

Nama Chemicals Group’s board of directors recommended on Wednesday a capital hike through rights issue.

 

The company will announce its decision after studying the capital raise recommendation with advisory, technical, financial and legal teams, according to its statement to the Saudi bourse.

 

Nama said the objective is to finance the production of new, specialized chemicals related to the company’s products.
