City Cement starts trial run of alternative energy project

City Cement Co. has started trial operations for its alternative energy project on Monday, which is expected to continue for a three-month period, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The launch date for commercial operations and the related financial impact will be announced in due course, it added.

 

City Cement had invested SAR 25 million in the project, which was carried out by Chinese engineering company Sinoma, according to the data available on Argaam.
