Credit Agricole SA, which owns a 31 percent stake in Tadawul-listed Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), said it is “satisfied with business” at the bank but will not try to prevent rumors about a potential stake sale from circulating, Reuters reported.

Last week, the French bank was said to be considering the sale of its stake in BSF for nearly SAR 9 billion.

The bank also reportedly mandated J.P. Morgan to advise it on the deal.
