Saudi Arabia’s minister of energy, industry and mineral resources Khalid Al-Falih has directed his ministry to cooperate with South Korean companies and remove all obstacles that face them while operating within the kingdom, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Al-Falih on Tuesday met with his South Korean counterpart, Joo Hyung-Hwan, who expressed his readiness to cooperate with the kingdom in the fields of energy and industry sectors, as well as other initiatives within Saudi Arabia’s National Transformation Program and Vision 2030.

A number of South Korean companies have invested in projects in Saudi Arabia, including in construction and power sectors.
