Al Rajhi Bank reappoints Abdullah Al Rajhi as chairman

Al Rajhi Bank’s general assembly approved reappointing Abdullah bin Suleiman Al Rajhi as chairman of the board for the new three-year term starting Nov. 14, 2017, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul Sunday.

 

Amin Al-Shaddi and Abdullatif Al-Saif were also appointed as interim members to fill vacancies in the audit committee.

 

The board also formed the executive, nomination and compensation, audit and risk committees.
