Aldrees Petroleum names Hamad Mohammed as board chairman

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. (ALDREES) has named Hamad Mohammed Aldrees as a chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a statement to Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

 

This came during the company’s board meeting held on December 24, 2017.

 

The board also elected Abdulmohsen Mohammed Aldrees as vice chairman of the board and Abdulelah Saad Aldrees as managing director and chief executive officer (CEO).

 

During the meeting, Khalid Abdulmohsen Aldrees was named as secretary of the board.

 

The board members also elected sub-committees and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
