Nama Chemicals approves board rules

Nama Chemicals Company’s general assembly on Saturday approved the updated regulations for the audit, nominations, and remunerations committees, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

Shareholders also approved updated regulations for the corporate governance, in addition to the updated policies for the board membership as well as disclosures.

 

The general assembly also approved updated policies for conflict of interests.
