KAEC delivers first Sakani units

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) delivered on Saturday the Kingdom’s first finished residential units to the beneficiaries of the housing ministry’s Sakani Program, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

 

More than 250 Sakani units were booked in the first few days after launch, as part the ministry’s project in Al-Shorouq neighborhood, KAEC’s chief executive Fahad Al Rasheed said.

 

KAEC is the first developer in the country to deliver the first batch of residential units built on private sector land, with complete services, advanced infrastructure, rainwater draining network, and social and entertainment facilities, to the ministry’s beneficiaries, he added.

 

Al-Shorouq’s residential units vary between 125 square meters three-bedroom apartments and 160 square meters four-bedroom apartments, said Charles Biele, CEO of Real Estate Development Company (RED) in KAEC.
