Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer, has awarded an engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) contract for three gas production deck modules to a consortium comprising India's Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and France's Subsea 7.
Two of the decks will be installed in Hasbah and one in Arabiyah field of Aramco, Larsen & Toubro said in filing on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The decks will be built at the flagship facility of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE), a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T, in Hazira, Gujarat, India.
