Nama Chemicals names board members for new term

Nama Chemicals Co.’s general assembly has elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on April 19, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board will include Saud Al Gosibi, Adnan Al Nuaim, Khalid Al Rawaf, Fahad Al Otaibi, Abdulmohsen al Ogaili, Mohammed Al Bahr, Mohammed bin Ogail Al Shaya and Mohammad Al Hamad.

 

Shareholders also named Adnan Al Nuaim, Naiem Abdul Ghani and Jassim Al Rumaihi as members of the audit committee.
