SGS to pay dividend for Q417 on June 11

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) said it will pay cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2017 on June 11, 2018.

 

 Shareholders of record on May 27, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 6.5 percent cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2017, at SAR 0.65 per share, amounting to SAR 122.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
