Alinma Tokio Marine Co. has signed a general insurance agreement with Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co. on Sunday, the company said in a bourse statement.
Under the agreement, the insurer will provide insurance coverage for vehicle business, marine insurance, miscellaneous accidents and general liability in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
The coverage period is one year starting from August 1, 2018 while the annual installment is SAR 22 million.
No related parties are involved in the deal, the company added.
The financial impact of the contract will reflect on 2018 financials.
