The second administrative court in Riyadh has set Oct. 1 for the first hearing in Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) case against the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), the telecom operator said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

GO filed a lawsuit earlier this month, seeking to reverse the CITC’s decision in May to reject the telco’s request for a unified license. The license allows operators to offer integrated telecom services including landline.
