Taleem REIT Fund will pay a 1.375 percent cash dividend, at SAR 0.1375 per unit, amounting to SAR 3.9 million to unit holders for the period from Jul. 1, 2018 to Sept. 19, 2018, fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital said in a bourse statement.
The dividend, which represents 1.33 percent of net asset value based as of June 30, 2018, will be paid within 15 business days.
The unitholders registered at the Securities Depository Center by the close of trading on Sept. 20 are eligible for this distribution, the fund manager added.
