Almarai redeems SAR 1.7 bln senior sukuk

Almarai, one of the top dairy and juice producers in the Gulf, has fully redeemed SAR 1.7 billion worth of senior sukuk, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

The five-year riyal-denominated sukuk was issued on Sept. 30, 2013.

 

The financial impact of the transaction is expected to appear in Q3 results, the statement added.
