The maximum number of customer complaints was registered against Mobile Telecommunications Company Saudi Arabia (Zain Saudi) in the third quarter (Q3) of 2018, data issued by the Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) showed.
Regarding fixed-line services, Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) came on top with the highest number of customer complaints.
Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) came first in terms of fixed-line internet complaints.
However, the total complaints received by the telecom industry regulator against the telecom service providers declined 2 percent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to 17,749 in Q3 2018, data showed.
Mobile phone services accounted for 11,052 complaints, followed by landline voice calls (3,123), mobile data services (1,813) and fixed-line data services (1,761).
