Arabian Aramco Total Services partially redeems sukuk

Arabian Aramco Total Services Company announced the partial redemption of sukuk in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the sukuk with a fixed distribution payment of SAR 133 million, amounting to 3.57 percent of the original face value, the statement said.

 

The face value of each certificate became SAR 75,140 and the outstanding sukuk principal is SAR 2.8 billion.
