Aslak reappoints Khaled Al-Kanhal as chairman

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting April 10, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

Khaled Al-Kanhal was reappointed as board chairman.  

 

Other board members are Saleh Al Rasheed, Mohammed Al-Rasheed, Rasheed Awain and Abdullah Al-Dosari.

 

The general assembly also approved the board of directors’ report, the auditor’s report and the financial statements for fiscal year 2018.

 

The board of directors was discharged from liability for the previous year, and was authorized to distribute interim dividends for the current year.

 

A board remuneration was approved at a total value of SAR 900,000.
