Al Rajhi to deposit proceeds from fractional shares today

Al Rajhi Bank has sold 25,962 fractional shares on April 18, 2019 at SAR 74.98 per share for a total of SAR 1.946 million, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on April 23, 2019, the statement added.

 

Earlier this month, the bank’s shareholders approved a 53.8 percent capital hike to SAR 25 billion from SAR 16.25 billion, Argaam reported.
