The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has placed a trading halt on shares of Alujain Corp., Halwani Bros Co., Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. and National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) for one trading session on Monday May 13, 2019, the exchange said in a statement today.

The trading suspension was placed for non compliance with the deadline set by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) for disclosing financial results for Q1 2019.

Trading on the stocks will be resumed for 20 trading sessions starting from Tuesday May 14, 2019 whereas the companies should disclose financials before the closing on June 17, 2019 to avoid another trading halt on their stocks starting from June 18, 2019 until disclosing financial results.
