SPIMACO replaces Hadaf, ACDIMA’s representatives on board

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp.’s (SPIMACO) board of directors approved on Feb. 8 approved appointing Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jawaini as representative of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) on the company’s board for the current term, which started on Apr. 3, 2019.

 

Al-Jawaini was appointed as an independent board member in place of Mohammed Al-Sudairi, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Al-Jawini, who serves as the director general of Hadaf, earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Clarion University in Pennsylvania, the US. He held several positions in Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB), NAS Holding. He was appointed as an adviser in the airports’ sector at the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).

 

In addition, SPIMACO also appointed Adil Kareem – non-executive member - as representative of the Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances (ACDIMA) on board.

 

The new appointments will be submitted for approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting, the statement added.
