Al-Samaani names new audit committee member

Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co. approved the resignation of audit committee member, Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al Hadlaq, the company said in a bourse statement.

Al Hadlaq was appointed as the company's deputy chief executive officer.

Abdullah Alkobraish was also named as a new audit committee member for the current three-year board term ending Sept. 15, 2021.

Alkobraish holds a B.S. in accounting from King Saud University, and held several posts in fields of internal auditing and accounting.
