Alinma Tokio says major shareholders agree to not reduce stake for 5 years

Alinma Tokio Marine Co. said that two major shareholders, namely Alinma Bank and Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd., each owning 28.75% of the company’s shares, agreed not to transfer or dispose of any of its shares, or any interest in shares for five years from March 22, 2021.

 

There will be no financial impact on the company, the insurer said in a bourse statement today, March 23, 2021.
