Arriyadh Development to pay H2 2020 dividend on May 6

Arriyadh Development Co. (ARDCO) said that dividend for H2 2020 will be paid on May 6, 2021.

Shareholders of record on April 18, 2021, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

In March, the company’s board of directors recommended a 6.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.65 per share, for H2 2020, according to data compiled by Argaam.
