Shams announces formation of board committees

Tourism Enterprises Co.’s (Shams) board of directors approved on June 6, 2021, the formation of three board committees.

First: The members of the nominations and remuneration committee are:

- Fahd Abdullah Al Samih (independent) chairman.

- Rashid Sulaiman Al-Rasheed (independent).

- Ayoub Alomrani (external).

Second: The members of the development and investment committee are:

- AbdulIah Nasir Al Zarah (independent) chairman.

- Abdullah Omar Al-Suwailem (independent).

- Ayoub Alomrani (external).

Third: The members of the audit committee are:

- Rashid Sulaiman Al-Rasheed (independent) chairman.

- Saad Altayar (external).

- Ayoub Alomrani (external).

The formation of the audit committee for the new session will be presented for approval at the next ordinary general assembly (OGM). The committee will begin work from OGM’s approval date until May 27, 2024.
