SPIMACO to pay 2020 cash dividend on June 16

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) will pay a 10% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 1 a share, as of June 16, 2021, according to a bourse statement. 

 

Shareholders of record at the end of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) date, May 30, 2021, and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the OGM are eligible for the dividend distribution.

 

The company agreed with Al Rajhi Bank to deposit the dividends into shareholders' current accounts at any local bank.
