Development Works to open board membership nominations on June 15

Development Works Food Co. will open tomorrow, June 15, 2021, the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session, starting Oct. 30, 2021.

 

Nominations will start tomorrow, June 15, 2021, and end on July 15, 2021, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nomination will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), in addition to the policies, standards and procedures for membership in the board of directors approved by the general assembly of the shareholders.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the next general meeting, the date for which will be announced later, after obtaining necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
