Development Works shareholders start e-voting on OGM agenda today

Shareholders of Development Works Food Co. (DWF) started today, June 24, the electronic voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will vote on the appointment of Hisham Abdel Rahman Muqrin as a vice chairman of the board, for the current three-year term ending Oct. 29, 2021, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Shareholders will also vote on financial statements, board and audit’s reports for the year ended on Dec. 31, 2020.
