TADCO reappoints Alwaleed Al-Shathri as chairman, Yousuf Al Rajhi vice chairman

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.'s (TADCO) board of directors approved today, July 1, the reappointment of Alwaleed bin Khalid Al-Shathri as chairman and Yousuf Abdullah Al Rajhi as vice chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

In addition, the board approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration committee and executive committee.

 

Furthermore, the board approved the nomination of two new candidates - Almutasembilla Zaki Allam and Majed Ahmed Alsuwaigh - to the audit committee.

 

The recommendation will be submitted to the following general assembly for approval after obtaining the needed permissions.

 

The two members will begin to exercise their duties from the date of shareholders' approval until the end of the term on June 30, 2024.

 

The board appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), as well as a board secretary.
