Al Jouf Cement shareholders to vote on appointing auditor on August 2

Al Jouf Cement Co.'s shareholders will vote on appointing an auditor from among candidates, during an ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for August 2, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

 

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty services can vote online on the assembly’s agenda items from Friday, July 29 until the end of the meeting time, the company added.
