Al-Khodari shareholders to vote on financial reorganization proposal on Aug. 1

Shareholders of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. are set to vote on the proposed financial reorganization plan during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for Aug. 1, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the Commercial Court in Dammam accepted, on July 1, its proposed financial reorganization plan.
