Etihad Atheeb shareholders to vote on FY2020/2021 board, audit reports on Aug. 25

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.'s (GO) shareholders will vote on the board and auditors reports for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Aug. 25, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also review financial statements and discharge board members from liability for the same fiscal year.

 

The agenda items also include appointing auditors to review Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021/2022 along with Q1 2022/23, as well as setting their remunerations.

 

In addition, shareholders will discuss the contracts concluded with third parties.
