Red Sea shareholders to vote on amending articles of association, committee charters on Aug. 24

Red Sea International Co.'s shareholders will vote on amending the company's articles of association related to the company objectives, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated on Aug. 24, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing Mohammed Zaher Al-Munajjed as an audit committee member, effective as of EGM date until May 9, 2024, in place of the resigning member Khalid Mohammed Fagih.

 

Furthermore, they will vote on amending the corporate governance charter, audit committee charter, nomination and compensation committee charter, board membership policy, and remuneration charter.

 

Shareholders can e-vote on agenda items, as of Aug. 21, through Tadawulaty.
