Development Works Food appoints audit committee member

Development Works Food Co. board of directors appointed Anas Saleh Al-Amoud (independent member) as a member of the audit committee, effective from today, Nov. 2, until the end of the current term, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the appointment is pending the approval of the company’s general assembly.

Al-Amoud holds an MBA and has 15 years of experience in the field of finance and corporate governance.
