Aslak opens nominations for board membership today

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) opened today, Dec. 6, nominations for the board member elections for the upcoming session, starting Oct. 4, 2022, until April 9, 2025.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Aslak said the nominations will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and the corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), in addition to the policy of criteria and procedures for board membership approved by the general assembly.

 

The nominated members will be elected at the next general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced later.
