SVCP board member resigns

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) announced the resignation of independent board member, Melhem Hamad AlMelhem, effective Dec. 25. 

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the resignation was submitted on Dec. 23, due to personal reasons.

 

The company appointed Suliman Ali Al Dakheel as an independent board member, effective today, Dec. 26.

 

Al Dakheel has an experience of 30 years in different fields of marketing, sales, corporate management, and factory construction.

 

The appointment will be presented at the next general assembly meeting for approval.
