10 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Derayah REIT Fund will pay a 1.8% cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021, at SAR 0.18 per unit, amounting to SAR 19.35 million.

 

2) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.'s board of directors approved amending its recommendation to increase capital by SAR 350 million instead of SAR 50 million.

 

3) International Company for Power and Water Projects (ACWA Power) announced the dry financial closure for $125 million senior refinancing facility.

 

4) National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) obtained the approval of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) for rescheduling the last loan installment worth SAR 31.8 million.

 

5) The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) will start today, Jan. 3.

 

6) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received a notice from Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC) to activate the contracts signed between the two parties to build six data centers.

 

7) Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced that the rump offering was 406.2% oversubscribed.

 

8) Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) received from Rabigh Arabian Water and Electricity Co. (RAWEC) SAR 2.84 billion ($756 million).

 

9) The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) secured a contract from Tahakom Investments Co. (TICOM) and its subsidiaries to provide health insurance services for its employees and their families.

 

10) Brent crude on Monday gained 27 cents to reach $78.05 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 31 cents to reach $75.52/bbl.
