Aslak extends nominations for board membership until Jan. 22

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) opened on Dec. 6, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Oct. 4, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

Candidates can submit nomination applications until Jan. 22. The last date of submission was Jan. 1.

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
