BinDawood Holding opens board nominations today

BinDawood Holding Co. opens today, Jan. 17, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting May 8, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Feb. 16, 2022, the statement added.
