GASCO subsidiary signs MoU with National Housing for possible gas distribution options

National Gas and Industrialization Co.’s fully-owned subsidiary, Gas Solutions, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Housing Co. to study the possible options and solutions for gas distribution services in the company's projects.

 

The MoU is valid from its signing date on Feb. 10, 2022, until the completion of the company’s projects, GASCO said in a bourse statement.

 

No related parties are included in the deal, and the financial impact cannot be determined at present, the statement added.
