Etihad Atheeb deposits proceeds from fractional shares sale today

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) completed today, Feb. 23, depositing around SAR 945,269 in proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse statement.

The company sold 12,262 shares at an average price of SAR 77.09 each.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved in January a 60.62% capital cut to SAR 89.99 million from SAR 228.53 million by cancelling 13.85 million shares.
