Nama Chemicals audit committee member resigns

Nama Chemicals Co. announced the resignation of audit committee member, Fayez Al Ahmari, as of Feb. 23, according to a bourse filing.

 

Al Ahmari will be elected board chairman for the new term.

 

The board also approved, on Feb. 23, the appointment of Abdullah Alfaifi as audit committee member, replacing Al Ahmari.
