Maaden board recommends dividend freeze for 2021

The board of Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) recommended withholding dividends for 2021, according to a bourse statement.

 

The move is attributed to the company’s need to complete spending on the current and future projects.

 

The recommendation is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
