Tihama says legal claim against Riyadh Municipality dismissed

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. said the administrative court in Riyadh dismissed the company's legal claim filed against Riyadh Municipality, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company said it would file an appeal against the court verdict and will duly reveal any related updates, the statement added. In September 2021, Tihama filed a legal claim before the administrative court against Riyadh Municipality, claiming a compensation of SAR 15.6 million and 10% of the attorney fees. It also claimed compensation for the damage caused to its advertising billboards by the municipality.
